TelepART Mobility Support Platform

The TelepART platform aims to generate more cultural exchange opportunities between performing artists in Finland and the Baltic countries. The TelepART mobility stipend is available for professional artists/groups and event organisers. The Finnish Institute in Estonia processes and coordinates the applications for the whole Baltic region.
